Lis Wihl (born on August 19, 1961) was an American writer and lawyer who worked for Fox News.
She was an adjunct professor in Law at New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at University of Washington Law School. She has offered legal commentary on the National Public Radio program and the Bill O'Reilly radio show, The Radio Factor. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File alongside Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs Tonight. the Imus morning show as well as hosts The Legal Lis radio show. Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl was born in Yakima she attended West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's diploma from Barnard College in 1983, a Master of Arts in Literature from the University of Queensland in 1985 as well as an Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl was previously the US Attorney. She was the legal correspondent on NPR All Things Considered. She was "the the deputy chief of investigative counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." She served as a professor of law and tenure in the University of Washington School of Law Seattle between 1995 and 2001. From 2001 to 2017, Wiehl worked as an analyst in the field of law for Fox News.
