She's been with numerous top media organizations worldwide. She spent almost a decade covering the sport for The Washington Post, including tennis, football, and basketball. Nichols was a reporter for nine years during her time with ESPN where she was awarded two Emmy Awards, and featured on many of ESPN's top programs like NFL Countdown and SportsCenter.
