Annmarie, an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 30 years' experience, has helped managers, their teams, and organisations improve their performance. Particularly in times of fast-paced transformation and growth in business. She is a trusted consultant who has assisted in translating the goals of an organization and their strategies into human and business strategies through the management of change and engagement for employees. She believes that learning is the primary aspect of leading. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders and coaching them with proven results. The experience has helped to create organizational cultures which embodied innovative learning practices and adaptability to change. As Annmarie continues to dedicate her time and talent in support Learning Ally's mission she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit groups in her spare time. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women become leaders. Additionally, she provides education to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. The Hospitality Healthcare Network is a professional association that is a non-profit organization that provides the opportunity for networking and advocacy to hospitality healthcare houses.
