Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. After only one year, she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her college education. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card to get her college diploma. In the month of October, 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise includes her lower back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. It is common to warm up prior to the actual exercise. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
