Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen comes from St. Louis Missouri. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the singer in The rock group The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's music is featured in television and film shows such as How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen's younger sibling Sloane Momsen also works as an actor. It is the Center of Creative Arts is where she learned dancing. The actress began her professional acting career when she was three in a 1997 national commercial for Shake 'n Bake. Momsen's acting career in the industry was put off for three years before she was cast in the lead part in Misconceptions. Momsen starred also in Saving Shiloh in 2006 at the time. She auditioned as well for the lead role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three, but the role was instead awarded instead to Miley Cyrus.
